Grandstand access and VIP packages available, both online pre-event and during the 4-5-6 October weekend itself.
Tickets are now available online for the inaugural TCR SPA 500 on 4-5-6 October.
Prices for the 500-lap event dedicated to TCR teams and homologated cars, which could include up to 23 hours of uninterrupted racing, range from 25 euros for weekend passes up to 50 euros for the full VIP package.
VIP access guarantees not only a Collector’s entry ticket and a free race magazine, but also a complimentary drink at the bespoke TCR SPA 500 hospitality centre as well as a VIP tour behind the scenes during the event itself. Weekend tickets meanwhile provide general grandstand access and paddock admission. Further details concerning ticket sales can be found on our official Ticketmaster page HERE.
All ticket holders are welcome to walk the grid before the green flag is flown at 17.00 hrs local time on Saturday 5th October. Fans can also purchase up to 10 tickets online prior to the event or on the ground at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps during the weekend itself.
“We are overwhelmed by the anticipation of competitors and manufacturers about the TCR SPA 500,” explained CREVENTIC’s Ole Dörlemann. “Our ambitions were high, yet the event shapes up to exceed them. The TCR SPA 500 will present the largest TCR festival to this date and we are happy to be able to have this fantastic race weekend on our portfolio. From the parade on Thursday to the Champagne Shower on Sunday, everyday will be worth a visit!”
During the course of the 4-5-6 October weekend, crowds and race fans will be treated to not only the 500-lap event itself, and the wheel-to-wheel action that entails, but also a comprehensive support series package. Free Practice for the Supercar Challenge, the Mazda MX-5 Cup and the Ford Fiesta Sprint Cup for instance runs concurrently from 09.00hrs local time onwards on Friday 4th October, with two races per series set to take place across Friday and Saturday thereafter.
Qualifying for the TCR SPA 500 proper begins at 09.00 hrs local time on Saturday 5th October with the 500-lap race scheduled to begin later that same evening at 17.00 hrs. Racing continues uninterrupted throughout the night and into the day on Sunday 6th October
On top of the race action itself, the weekend kicks off with a pageantry style parade of TCR machinery from Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps to the neighbouring town of Malmedy for a driver autograph session. Throughout the weekend, additional live entertainment will be plentiful in the Spa-Francorchamps paddock.
The TCR SPA 500 has been designed to revive the tradition of touring car endurance racing in the Stavelot region around the 7km Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. Despite being a touring car-dedicated event from 1964 onwards, the annual Spa 12 Hours welcomed GT machinery for the first time at the 2001 edition of the race, meaning touring cars have waited almost two decades to return to the endurance racing spotlight.
